This past week was FULL of crocheting! In central Arkansas we had almost a week of icy weather. It was easy to keep myself occupied during the winter storm with my hooks and some yarn! We are expected to get some more winter weather at the beginning of the week so a lot of crochet time may be in my future!
Here are some things that have been on my hook this week:
Girly Crown Hat
I posted a FREE PATTERN for this hat earlier this week! It was a blast to make! I love the details of the ribbon and rhinestone buttons. It was especially exciting when the owner of this new hat tried it on and it fit PERFECTLY! I love it when that happens!
Grumpy Cat Hat
I love it when I get a request to make a hat I’ve never made before. I looked around for a pattern with no luck. I did find a few on sale on Etsy and tried my hand at my own! There’s always room for improvement but I’m pleased with how it turned out!
This hat actually started out as the crown hat but I made it too big! I couldn’t let it go to waste. My friend at Haley’s Crochet Creations has been making so many cute bow items lately. Her creations inspired this hat! Thanks, Haley!
Round Ripple Blanket
I have been itching to try a new blanket pattern! The snow days are just what I needed! I found this free pattern on Ravelry! It’s easy to follow and the color combinations and designs are endless! I will post more about this blanket when it’s complete!
What have you been working on lately?
